I am married to Travis McKellar. We have been married for 5.5 years. He is a super runner and has inspired me to run. We have one little boy and one little girl. We are originally from Utah but are up at BYU-Idaho while Trav finishes his bachelors. I have a bachelor's degree in Family, Consumer, Human Development. I am a stay at home mom and it is the best role in the world!

Ran for 16 minutes- icenter. Was hard. I had to walk for about a minute. Not a good day.

Ran 20 minutes in icenter. I don't know the exact mileage but i know it was close to 2 miles. Felt great! I was feeling pumped.

I ran around the track in the icenter. My goal was to run for 15 minutes but I ran 20 minutes. I was slow, but that is what I get for not running in forever. I probably ran a little over 1.5 miles. I want to run a fast 5k this summer so I am giving myself plenty of time to train.
