Ran a little more than a mile. My mile time was 10:15. This is definitely an improvement on my prior miles this week. The first few minutes were difficult but once I got some good music and a good groove I didn't mind it very much. I am still out of shape, I noticed labored breathing and did my best to control it. Sometimes I feel like this is a waste of time or I am going soooo slow, but hey at least I am doing it.
